SHIPPING POLICY

RATES & COSTS

• West Malaysia:

  Free shipping for orders above RM79.

  Orders below RM79 will be charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

• East Malaysia:

  RM20 for the first 1kg, RM15 for every additional 1kg.

SHIPPING METHODS 

We partner with Easy Parcel to provide reliable logistics across Malaysia. Shipping methods include:

• Standard Delivery (2–5 business days) 

• Bulky Delivery for large/heavy items (may take longer)

All shipments are trackable. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we ship only within Malaysia. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or internationally. We also recommend avoiding express shipping for perishable, heat-sensitive, or liquid items, as these may be affected during transit.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the rare case that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date. Our team will help you file a claim and offer a refund or replacement where applicable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to make a return or exchange, please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
