Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We'll guide you through the simple steps to make it right.
To protect against misuse and ensure a fair shopping experience for all customers, we may monitor patterns of excessive returns. If return activity is found to be beyond what is considered reasonable, it may affect your ability to place future orders.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mycustomer@realpower.com.my. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
*Please note: items sent back without prior request won't be accepted.
Damages & issues
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll make things right—whether it’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will either be processed back to your original payment method or as store credits. Store credits credited as a refund will not have the expiry date.
*Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
