Do I need to become a member to purchase products?

Yes! To purchase Real Power products, you must first complete member registration.

  • New Members: Please register a member account first (Related FAQ: How do I sign up as a member?). Once registration is complete, you can proceed with your purchase.

  • Existing Members: Simply sign in to your account and proceed with your purchase.

How do I place an order?

Please follow the steps below to complete your order:

STEP 1. Log in to your member account
STEP 2. Select your products and click the shopping cart
STEP 3. Click “Checkout”
STEP 4. Choose your delivery and payment method
STEP 5. Confirm your customer info, shipping details, and payment method
STEP 6. Submit the order to proceed to payment


⚠️ Reminder: If the system redirects you to the payment page and you close the window, lose connection, or click “back,” the payment will not go through. Although the order will still be created, payment cannot be completed and will automatically be canceled after 1 hour. You may also cancel the order manually.

STEP 7.
Your order is only complete once the payment is successfully processed
STEP 8. You will receive an order confirmation email (If not received, please check your spam folder)

What payment methods are available?

Currently, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB)
  • Bank Transfer (FPX)
  • E-Wallet (Touch N Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay)
How is shipping charged? Is there a free shipping threshold?

📦 West Malaysia
Enjoy free shipping on orders above RM79. Orders below this amount will have shipping fees calculated automatically at checkout.

📦 East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Shipping based on weight: RM20 for the first 1kg RM15 for each additional 1kg

Note: Final shipping fees will be calculated automatically during checkout. 

Can I add or change items after checkout?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, items cannot be modified or added.
If you need to change or add items, please place a new order and manually cancel the original one.

I have multiple orders. Can they be combined into one shipment?

Once an order is placed, each will be processed and shipped separately and cannot be combined.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped once all items are available.
If you need the in-stock items to be shipped first, please place separate orders accordingly.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order after it has been placed, please go to My Account → Orders, and click Cancel Order.
